1. Understand the costs businesses bear due to the growing twin crises of anxiety and depression in the workforce and employee disengagement, including their link to increased unethical behavior.

2. Analyze the root causes of these crises from a systems thinking perspective.

3. Learn best practices (e.g. mental fitness) that you can apply to address these crises both individually and within your organization.
